About the Lottery
The Tuckwell CHASE Lottery is a joint fundraising venture between the Phyllis Tuckwell Memorial Hospice in Farnham and CHASE Childrens Hospice Service based just outside Guildford, providing a regular and reliable source of income to help pay for the ever increasing demand for their specialist care.The Lottery operates within the West Surrey and North and Mid-Hants area and, since its launch in September 1998, has held a regular Friday draw giving its members the chance to win prizes totalling £1,500 every week.The Lottery has over 10,000 members on its database and last year alone, their regular contributions helped it to earn nearly a quarter of a million pounds, shared equally by the two Hospices.

How to Become a Member
To become a member, simply click on the link below and print off an application form.
Complete it and send it to us at the address shown.
You can pay for single or multiple chances to run for as many weeks as you wish and opt to pay either by Cheque or Standing Order.

  

What happens
On receipt of your application form and payment, the lottery office will enrol you as a member and allocate and post to you your unique six digit lottery number or numbers, depending on how many chances you have opted for.
These unique numbers are then entered into the weekly lottery draw ready for selection by our computer program.

  

Every Friday
Once our draw takes place and the 73 winning unique numbers have been selected at random by our computer from the paying members for that week, all prize cheques are automatically sent out by post.
There is, therefore, no need to check your numbers to claim your prize. However, for your information all winning numbers are posted on this website and are always available to view at the lottery office in Farnham.
