Welcome to the
Lottery Office Team
Your Local Hospice Lottery is a joint
fundraising venture between the Phyllis Tuckwell Memorial hospice in Farnham
and CHASE Childrens Hospice Service based just outside Guildford.
The Lottery operates within the west Surrey and North and Mid-Hants area
and, since its launch in September 1998, has held a weekly draw to give
its members, whose contributions go to support both charities, the chance
to win prizes totalling £1,500.
If you visit one of the Eight Phyllis
tuckwell Hospice shops in the coming weeks you will see that we have
single tickets on sale giving you the opportunity to purchase a ticket
at the usual cost of £1.
